Walk-around of a guillotine assembly near the 10:00 position of the re-entry control system section.

I'm not certain what this guillotine was used for, as the rendezvous and recovery section has its own guillotines for the drogue and pilot parachutes. Perhaps this is used during the jettison of the R & R section?
