A stand holding additional lunar surface drill core stems.

When assembled, the drill used a bit, a lower core stem, and one or more upper core stems. The upper core stems were 16 3/4" in length, including a one-inch overlap where the tubes screwed together, allowing each upper core stem to hold a 15 3/4" sample.
