The sign accompanying the suit. It reads

Backup Space Suit for Skylab

This space suit was the backup suit for Captain Alan Bean on the Skylab 3 mission. It includes the torso limb assembly and the 3 layer intra-vehicular protective garment, since he was not to go on an EVA.

The sign has multiple problems, including that this is Alan Bean's backup Skylab suit and that he didn't perform an EVA. However, this suit looks like an A7L Command Module Pilot suit; the Skylab suit is based on the A7LB suit, and has a different pattern of chest connectors. Bean did perform an EVA on his Skylab flight.

Bean was the backup commander for the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project, and the suits worn on the ASTP mission were based on the A7L CMP suit, so it seems more likely that this suit is from that mission.
