The sign accompanying the ICG. It reads

John Young CW Garment

This constant wear garment was flown on the Apollo 10 mission which orbited the moon and used by Captain John Young. John Young is by far the most experienced and versatile U.S. astronaut. He has flown on 2 Gemini missions, 2 Apollo missions (9th man to walk on the moon), the first Shuttle launch on Columbia, and is still an active astronaut in the Shuttle program.

This is actually an inflight coverall garment, or ICG; a constant wear garment (CWG) looks similar to long underwear.

John Young retired from NASA at the end of 2004.
