Peering into the forward skirt of fuel tank no. 4.
The pipe is the fuel pressurization manifold. The "T" fitting near the middle connects tank F-4 to the manifold. The other "T" fitting at the bottom is presumably the safety valve from Section B-B of the above-linked diagram.
