A cluster of high-pressure gas cylinders (Google Maps link).

They appear to be set back, off of the asphalt, and fenced off from the rest of the facility. Vintage photos show a seemingly identical cluster of six cylinders at approximately this location with a the fence that appears to be very similar to that shown here). Although it seems incredible that these cylinders remain from the original test stand, they appear to be well-maintained and freshly painted, so they appear to have found new use at the sandblast facility.
