What appears to be the ramp cooling manifold at the base of the east nozzle ramp.

It appears that fuel enters via a fuel duct which leads to a "T". Part of the fuel goes to the thrust cell fuel manifold while the rest of the liquid hydrogen is routed aft, via the smaller-diameter, curved duct at center to this manifold, which splits, presumably routing fuel to the ramp wall for regenerative cooling.
