View of the fuel turbopump. There appears to be some sort of closure over the inlet, as there would normally be an inducer impeller mounted on the shaft. The inducer is fairly thick, leading to the impeller, and would not sit "on top" of the small-diameter hole at center (e.g., refer to a turbopump cut-away diagram). Note the exposed turbine disc to the upper right. | ||||
