Apollo Boilerplate BP-1224
Apollo BP-1224 is located at the Harris County Youth Village in Webster, TX, about a 3-mile drive from Space Center Houston. Google Maps link. If the steam fitters union ever built an Apollo boilerplate, it'd probably look like this one. The Field Guide speculates that this boilerplate was used to test for fire hazards after the Apollo 1 fire, and indeed Apollo Command Module Mockup Flammability Tests and "50 Years Ago: Apollo Flammability Tests" both describe how BP-1224 was used to perform 102 flammability tests of mockups of a Block II-type command module interior. This series of tests led to the operational procedure of using an atmosphere of 60% oxygen and 40% nitrogen at 16.2 psi for the command module interior while the CM was on the pad and venting to the atmosphere and replenishing with pure oxygen during ascent. The "50 Years Ago" link includes a high-resolution photo of BP-1224 while it was being used for flammability tests. Passing references to BP-1224 are also made in the February 5, 1968 and April 16, 1968 entries in The Apollo Spacecraft - A Chronology (SP-4009).
