View of the engine's fuel inlet. Fuel travelled from the holes in the inlet, down the vertical tube to the fuel manifold at the engine's exit plane. The thrust chamber is double-walled, and the fuel travels between the two walls of the thrust chamber to the injector at the forward end, providing regenerative cooling to the engine to prevent the inner wall from melting. | ||||
