Mark Wells Collection

Mark Wells is an aerospace engineer who owns a collection of space- and missile-related artifacts and runs the rocketrelics.org web site. In both his "day job" and his home workshop, he has manufactured various space-related hardware, including some experiments flown on the Space Shuttle.

I emailed him once, asking him for the measurements of his H-1 turbine disc. In the ensuing email exchange, he invited me to visit and photograph his collection on a future trip to Huntsville, and in January 2013, I took him up on his offer.
