Firing Room

After the slide show in the Apollo/Saturn V Center "lobby" theater, the visitor is moved to a mockup of a launch control center (LCC) firing room.

Although containing many fewer rows of consoles and lacking the glass VIP viewing rooms (e.g., NASA photos 69PC-0570 or MSFC-6972887), the mockup is very impressive looking; the shuttered windows are a really nice touch.

As of now, I have not yet sorted through all of my pictures of the firing room mockup, but some other page references this location. Thus, this is a "place holder" version right now, with only the pictures actually referenced. Come back some time later to see if I've finished up, or drop me an email to request me to prioritize the rest of these pictures.
