A couple of years ago, I made a Saturn V S-IC pumpkin for Halloween:

This pumpkin is based on actual NASA-produced drawing, (the S-IC diagram from my Saturn V Inboard Profiles). I extracted the appropriate section of the S-IC, removed the captions and identification lines, and created a template. I extracted the silhouette of the F-1 turbine exhaust from S71-41810 (Apollo 15's launch).

If you'd like to make your own S-IC pumpkin, I've uploaded the template I used as a PDF file. Simply scale the file when you print it to reflect the size of your pumpkin. Peel off the skin of the pumpkin on the grey portion of the template to make the darker turbine exhaust.
