Recovery compartment, pitch thruster, and C- and S-band antenna.

This picture was taken from approximately this position.

The silver and white rounded square near the lower left of this picture is one of the C- and S-band antennas. The larger, bottom circle is the S-band antenna and the smaller, upper circle is the C-band antenna.

The wires to the left of the thrusters run down the entire height of the spacecraft, disappearing under the heat shield and into the recovery compartment. I assume that they're power cables for cabin interior lighting (although no such lights were on when I visited).
