Note the 15 rows of axially-drilled holes, corresponding to the 15 rows of ring grooves supplying the oxidizer orifices in the forward face of the injector. Liquid oxygen from the LOX dome flows through these holes, supplying the oxidizer rings on the interior of the injector.
