Detail of the bolt hole which would accept an inner dome attach bolt to help secure the LOX dome to the injector.

Also note the holes in the forward face of the injector. The LOX dome has holes which admit LOX into the space between the aft face of the LOX dome and the forward face of the injector, which then flows through these holes to supply the injector rings.
