EVA (Extravehicular Activity) Handle

Four handles allowed Armstrong and Aldrin to make an emergency spacewalk from Eagle to Columbia if necessary.

Although the command module proper was fitted with four EVA handles, there was a fifth, collapsible EVA handle on the forward heat shield, which was installed over the Earth landing system. The forward heat shield was jettisoned during reentry and so is not displayed with Columbia.
