The four tall, grey tubs at left and in the back hold the remains of the F-1 combustion chambers (the thrust chamber aft of the throat straps disintegrated upon impact with the ocean).

I believe the shorter tubs held the turbopumps.

Note the gas generator combustor on the dolly at lower right.
