The engine's fuel inlet manifold.

Fuel is transported from the turbopump to the vertical inlet at left. The thrust chamber has a double-walled construct, and fuel travels up the length of the thrust chamber to the injector, providing regenerative cooling.

The flange approximately 1/3 of the way down the side of the manifold is where the engine attaches to the missile's tail unit.
