The Air Zoo's F-1 is mounted in a metal framework and displayed vertically, perhaps eight feet off the ground; visitors may walk underneath the engine and, indeed, the interior of the engine is lit. Additionally, there are steps to the second floor to the left of the F-1, affording a view of the side of the engine from various elevations.
