Adler Planetarium

Adler Planetarium is located in Chicago IL.

In addition to serving as a planetarium, Adler is home to a number of Space Race artifacts.

I understand that Adler held a special place in Jim Lovell's heart, as he has loaned Adler a number of artifacts from his flights (including a number which were previously exhibited at the Museum of Science & Industry).

Gemini 12, formerly located at Goddard Space Flight Center, was moved to Adler in 2006; I understand that Lovell lobbied for this move.

Additionally, in 2005, Adler also hosted a stop in Liberty Bell 7's nation-wide tour.
