The IMAX theater at the front & center of the museum.

This picture is from the first time I visited, in 2003; back then, it was still the "United States Air Force Museum." By the time I visited again in 2006, it had become the "National Museum - United States Air Force". I don't know if they changed their name first or the Naval Aviation Museum did, but apparently the inter-service rivalry extends to changing the names of their museums :-)

I was actually at the museum one of the days they were changing the lettering on the front of the IMAX, but I didn't realize that they were changing the letters due to the museum's name change, so I didn't take any pictures of that.
