B-24

The museum has the nose section of B-24D S/N 42-40461, Grumpy. Apparently, the B-24 was stored in a barn after active service and the body was damaged while transporting it and was subsequently scrapped. A partial B-24 body, which houses a small theater, is displayed with with the nose section.

The B-24D has always been my favorite B-24 model; there's something about that greenhouse nose.
