Yankee Clipper sailed with Intrepid to the Ocean of Storms, Moon, November 14, 1960

Charles Conrad Jr., Richard F. Gordon Jr., Alan L. Bean

Note that Yankee Clipper was the name of the Command Module and Intrepid was the Lunar Module's name.
