The Saturn I rises out of the trees.
Note the cylindrical service module adapter (below the black band on the aft end of the service module). This cylindrical adapter and short, squat spacecraft-lunar module adapter (SLA) persisted in early Saturn V configurations before being replaced with the more familiar taller truncated conical SLA.
