Overall view of the "dollar hatch" on the S-II LH2 tank forward bulkhead, visible between two legs of the stage erecting sling. This being an early S-II stage, it has honeycomb insulation on the hatch.

Also note the two clevises joining the stage erecting sling to the forward hoisting frame.
