Gemini G-2G Suit

When the museum still had the Rocket City Legacy gallery, it included an early development Gemini space suit.

The USSRC curator has identified it as a G-2G suit, serial number 3. The first 'G' in the suit's model number indicates Project Gemini as the program for which it was manufactured. The '2' indicates the second design iteration, with the final 'G' indicating that it was manufactured by B.F. Goodrich. Recall that Goodrich was the manufacturer of the Project Mercury spacesuit.
