support arms for the turbopump (the arms are very similar in appearance to the
gimbal outriggers).
The connectors on the heat exchanger, from left to right, are the oxidizer
outlet, helium outlet (slightly higher than the other connectors), the oxidizer
inlet, and the helium inlet. LOX (tapped from the oxidizer dome) and helium
(from storage bottles in the S-IC's LOX tank) are routed through the heat
exchanger, heated, and the used to pressurize the LOX and RP-1 tanks,
respectively.
