I assumed that this gauge was for an A7L/A7LB suit. Even though the gauge has a part number beginning with "A6L", a number components remained unchanged between the A6L and A7L suits and retained such a part number.

Someone has scratched "Class III" (plus the digit "3", in case the reader is not familiar with Roman numerals), indicating that it is non-flight (training) hardware.
