Although it is at the limit of this camera's resolution, the patch at left appears to read
1. O2 Press 5380-6380
2. Hose locked
3. O2 VLV - Open Press 3.4 - 4.0
4. HTR Test - Press (One LT Min)
5. O2 VLV - Close (Reg Press Decrease)
The patch at center reads "Regulation Gage" (what I assume to refer to a "gauge" is frequently spelled "gage" in period documentation).
The patch at right is folded, but appears to say "Hose Connector".
