The S-IC's engine fairings and fins, which had been removed in June. Since that time, they've been repainted or perhaps just primed (recall that the forward-left portion of the Fin B fairing should be black).

Both of the forward sections ("tips") of the fairings are visible; in June, only one was visible and it had been safely tucked out of the way.
