Hmmm, seems to be a bit of a problem here: The yellow nylon strap says that it's "H-1 Test", but it's not holding down H-1 engines -- it's holding down J-2s :-)

Note that all of the pallets on which the J-2s are resting are tagged; here we see "Stage II Engine 3".
