The F-1 engines' nozzle extensions had been removed as one of the earliest steps in the restoration process, giving the engines an unusual truncated appearance.

Also notice the wiring or tubing leading into the closest two F-1s; I assume this has something to do with the smoke machines used for the "Rocket Roll" ceremony.
