The large red circle in the center is the turbopump LOX inlet closure, and barely visible in the cut-outs on either side are the closures for the fuel inlets (see my page about F-1 turbopump inlet closures).

The large pipe marked with "No Step" is the No. 1 LOX high-pressure duct.
