These photos were taken "shooting blind," sticking the camera through the openings in the fuselage and hoping for the best.

I believe this picture was taken from behind the seat; the washed-out green object cutting diagonally through the right side of the picture would be the seat. The yellow oxygen bottle would be either next to or right behind the co-pilot's seat.
