Return to Space Center Houston

Talon Park

As with any self-respecting aerospace museum, Space Center Houston has an airplane on a stick -- not just one, but two airplanes on sticks.

The aircraft in question are T-38 Talons, trainer jets which NASA astronauts have been using as transports since at least the Project Gemini days.

The aircraft have registration numbers of N968NA (plane on the left when viewed from behind) and N900NA. The museum has a page regarding these aircraft.

Aerial view.
