Saturn V S-II (Second) Stage Gallery

Detail of the interface between the S-II stage and the J-2 engines. Note the braided silver lines running into the stage (at left, upper right, and on the center engine, leading into the center engine support beam).

Behind the beam is a LOX feed line (larger-diameter, corrugated, grey tube).

This picture is exposed for the lines outside the thrust structure.

Picture 1 of 2.

Also note the electrical wiring connecting the J-2 to the stage in the upper-right corner of the picture.
