Situated across the road from the Saturn V Center is the Western Heritage Pavilion, part of the Clear Creek Independent School District Agriculture Science Center Learning Laboratory, also known as the Longhorn Project. This project provides local high school students the opportunity to learn about animal husbandry, fruit and vegetable cultivation, soil research, and recycling technologies.

Adjacent to this pavilion graze a number of Texas Longhorn cattle.
