dsc33030.jpg

Overall walk-around of the Ascent Propulsion System engine.

Picture 3 of 3.

(There is some other rocket engine displayed behind and to the right of the APS engine; part of that engine appears to be growing out of the APS engine.)

Unfortunately, the valve package assembly, the most interesting part of the engine, is facing the wall! While it's hard to tell for certain, the profile view of the VPA does seem to differ from that of a production engine, the VPA lacks production-style propellant inlets, and the propellant ducts on top of the engine also differ.
