Overall walk-around of a crawler-transporter tread.

I was unable to find this particular crawler tread in the Smithsonian collections database, but the Smithsonian does have a writeup about a different, but similar tread (that one appears to have a serial number of 1052, whereas the one at NASM is 1060).
