Overall view of the side of the nozzle extension. The right side of this photo is directly under the "Y" in turbine exhaust manifold.

Near the upper right of this picture are the two round pyrotechnic igniter bosses.

On the top hatband, below and directly between the igniter bosses, is the nozzle extension's ID plate.

To the left of the ID plate is a larger tab which is one of the nozzle extension's lifting lugs, used in handling the extension.

The smaller tabs welded to the nozzle extension are nutplates to mount the engine's thermal insulation set.

At center bottom, note the hold-down clamp to prevent anyone from picking up the 18,600-pound engine and carrying it away ...
