There's a common photo showing a line of people waiting to enter the SOC, showing this entrance (although the entrance appears to have been modified since its days as the SOC). The entrance does, however, still read "Marshall Exhibits".

Exhibits from the Space Orientation Center were transferred to the Alabama Space & Rocket Center (today the U.S. Space & Rocket Center), and the SOC was subsequently closed.
