A component on the fuel manifold. It is described simply as a "plug and bleeder."

The outmost hex head reads "RD273-1020-1002", which would seem to be the overall part number of the plug and bleeder (and is the part number listed in the Illustrated Parts Breakdown). The next component with a hex head has a part number beginning with "RD265-3009" and ending with "2", which appears to be the same as the drain plug on the under side of the fuel manifold inlet.
