From right to left, the lines are

• Helium supply line
• LOX supply line
• Helium return line
• GOX return line

Note that each supply line is of a smaller diameter than the corresponding return line. Also note that each pair of supply/return lines are joined by a bypass hose.

Under the fitting terminating each line is the actual entrance to the heat exchanger coils.
