View of some fixtures welded to some hatbands on the No.1 side of the engine, just out from under the heat exchanger, which I did not recall seeing on previous F-1 engines. My initial thought was that they were related to the mounting of the thermal insulation, but reviewing vintage F-1 photos shows that they were used to mount wires running down the side of the engine.
