View of a U.S. government property tag. When viewing the full-sized version of previous nozzle extension photo, a blue circular sticker can be seen over a red sticker, so it seems very likely that this tag is affixed to that nozzle extension.

It reads

Property of U.S. Government
2015569

This property tag has the same number as the nozzle extension on the F-1 which was displayed in front of Building 4200.
