T-6 Texan Interior

After landing his T-6 "7549", the pilot stayed around and chatted with the group of people who had started to congregate around the plane. He graciously offered to let me take a couple of pictures of the plane's interior.

He told me that this T-6 had seen service with the South African Air Force. The SAAF had updated its cockpit in the 1960s, so while the plane still has its "original" instrument panel (from the pilot's perspective), it isn't a 1940s-vintage cockpit.
