2004 Historical Assessment of Marshall Space Flight Center

NASA once had a Website which discussed, among other things, the federal historic preservation regulations and which hosted a PDF discussing a "historical assessment of Marshall Space Flight Center."

This Website appears to have disappeared from the Internet in early 2017, although the page does appear in the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Unfortunately, the Wayback Machine failed to save the PDF of the historical assessment linked by that page.

Luckily, I had saved this PDF to my computer long ago, so I could referr to it locally rather than loading it from the Webpage every time. However, it does the Internet little enough good living on my hard drive (or, more recently, my SSD), so I created this Webpage to make the PDF public once again.

Interestingly enough, the name of the PDF file itself includes the year "2004", even though the title page of the document reflects a date of November 2003. This presumably means that the document was prepared in late 2003 for publishing in 2004. Since the document names embeds "2004", I have retained the 2004 year. Additionally, the filename indicates that it is a "reduced_size" version of the document; I am unaware of the existence of "full-sized" version of the document (other than the fact that I assume that one must exist, somewhere, because the copy I calls itself "reduced_size").
