Gemini 3 Command Pilot's Hatch

Gemini 3 is displayed without its Command Pilot's hatch attached; the hatch itself stands separately inside the spacecraft's "fishtank."

The interior of the Grissom Memorial underwent renovation from the end of 2008 until April 2009 and was "officially rededicated" on July 18 as part of the park's annual "Grissom Day" celebration. The pictures here were taken after the renovation; I also have pictures of the hatch prior to this renovation.

As of now, I have not yet sorted through all of my pictures of Gemini 3's hatch, but some other page references this location. Thus, this is a "place holder" version right now, with only the pictures actually referenced.
