I'm not exactly certain as to what this is. It's sitting on the same pallet as the interface panel (but, then again, the thermal insulation brackets are leaning up against the interface panel, so they might be related to the TIS).

My first thought was that they might have gone around the opening for the LOX inlet, but after comparing to other, installed interface panels, I don't believe that's the case.
